Welcome to Maison Munch! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maison Munch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Maison Munch provides this store and website, including all related content, products, tools, features, and services ("Services"), powered by Shopify.

Cancellation requests after order acceptance may not be accommodated.

Prices may change without notice. Posted prices exclude shipping, handling, taxes, and duties unless explicitly stated. The final price charged is set forth in your order confirmation email.

You must provide current and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times shown are estimates only and exclude order processing time. Once orders are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or delays caused by events outside our control.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items at cs@maisonmunch.com.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on our website, including trademarks, content, designs, and images, belong to Maison Munch or its licensors. You may only use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We provide third-party tools “as is” without warranty or endorsement. We have no liability related to third-party tools or linked sites. Your use of third-party content is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Maison Munch is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. You expressly release Shopify from any claims or liabilities related to your purchases.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS

We may correct any inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or shipping without prior notice—even after you’ve placed an order.

SECTION 12 – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and tags intact. You are responsible for return postage unless items are defective or incorrect.

Refunds will exclude original shipping fees. We reserve the right to deduct from refunds for items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.

Personalized, discounted, or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or refund.

SECTION 13 – WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 6-month warranty from delivery covering manufacturing and workmanship faults only. This warranty excludes normal wear-and-tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or fading of hardware finishes.

Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the manufacturing defect. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion.

SECTION 14 – LIABILITY & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Maison Munch products are accessory items only. Safe handling and use of any product remains your responsibility. We disclaim liability for injuries or damages arising from misuse, improper fitting, or use of our products.

Except for liabilities we cannot lawfully exclude, our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

SECTION 15 – PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or disruptive. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Maison Munch and Shopify, including our directors, employees, affiliates, and partners, against any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
