Order Processing & Delivery Times

UK Orders

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. on business days are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require extra time to process.

  • Delivery Time: Choose from Royal Mail 24H or 48H Tracked options at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

  • Processing Time: Same as above.

  • Delivery Time: Most international orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on destination and shipping option selected.

  • Rates: Shipping rates vary by country.

Order Tracking

Every shipment comes with full Track & Trace functionality. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.

Delivery Expectations

We partner with reliable carriers like Royal Mail, UPS, and DHL, achieving:

  • 99.98% pick accuracy

  • 98% same-day handover for orders placed before 4:00 p.m.

Despite these high standards, please allow for slight delays during high-volume periods or due to unexpected factors (e.g., weather, customs).

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery fees may apply.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at cs@maisonmunch.com We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Duties

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
