Return & Refund Policy

We want you—and your pup—to be delighted with your Maison Munch purchase. That’s why we offer a fair and straightforward return policy on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and hygiene liners (where applicable) intact.

  • You retain proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or improper handling.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@maisonmunch.com, providing your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in non-resellable condition or to issue a partial refund reflecting any loss of value.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at cs@maisonmunch.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will arrange a suitable resolution promptly.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale (including gift cards, personalized products, clearance, or promotional items) are not eligible for return or refund.
