How to Measure Your Dog

Neck: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits.
Chest: Measure the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs.
Tip: Use a soft measuring tape and allow enough space for two fingers to fit comfortably between your dog and the tape. Always measure while your dog is standing for the most accurate result.
Between sizes? We recommend sizing up.

At Maison Munch, our products are crafted with high-quality materials including vegan leather, durable canvas, and plated hardware. With just a little care, they’ll stay beautiful and functional for years to come. Below are our general care recommendations for daily use and longevity.

Do’s

• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth—especially after outdoor walks.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve color and structure.

• Spot-clean canvas with mild soap and cold water only—never soak.

• Use a soft cloth to occasionally buff plated hardware to reduce surface marks.

Don’ts

• Don’t expose your Maison Munch products to seawater or chlorine—salt and chemicals can damage vegan leather and corrode hardware.

• Don’t machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron any part of the harness, collar, or bag.

• Don’t overload the carrier tote or use it for dogs over 6 kg—it may strain seams and hardware.

• Don’t leave wet or muddy gear in enclosed spaces for long periods—this can lead to mildew or warping.

• Don’t allow your dog to chew, drag, or bite the product—our warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by rough play.

Special Notes on Our Dog Carrier

• The interior lining is wipeable but not waterproof. Always clean spills immediately.

• For light odor control, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside and let it air out.

• Avoid contact with dark denim or dyed fabrics, which may transfer onto the light canvas exterior.

Not Covered by Warranty

Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not apply to:

• Damage from misuse or rough handling

• Wear and tear from excessive outdoor exposure (salt, snow, sand)

• Water or chemical damage (including seawater)

• Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or overloading the product

Yes — we accept returns within 14 daysof delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
